Selling your home

Looking Back on 2020, but Mostly Ahead

January 8, 2021

Considering the year we’ve all had, it would be a profound understatement to say that a lot has happened in 2020! At the beginning of the pandemic, we had no idea what to expect – whether or not the market would tank and if we’d ever find some sense of normalcy again. There were a couple tumultuous weeks when we thought we may not sell another home this year. Turns out, (thankfully!) we were wrong and we’re here to share some of this year’s highlights.

Our first sales during the pandemic brought numerous career firsts. We doubled down on our virtual marketing, forcing us to rethink the way we interact with clients and capture attention online. We followed strict guidelines from the CDC, including masks, gloves and hand sanitizer for every showing and the dramatic reduction of face-to-face interactions, our favorite part of the job. But after spending the past two years focused on building our “dream team,” we are running on all cylinders and 2020 is now on track to be one of our most successful years yet.

The credit, however, for our success is due to you. We are always incredibly grateful for our clients’ trust, but this year that feeling is especially resonant. We are thankful that so many of you looked to us to help guide you through uncertain times and big life changes. We will continue to be diligent in our assessment of the market, eager in our commitment to this city and as dedicated as ever to our clients.

Warmly,

Missy & Team
