The ultra-luxury market continues to have its own dynamics in San Francisco. Throughout the past year, we saw a stalemate between buyers and sellers in this price segment more so than others. There are deals to be had, but buyers must get creative and be willing to write offers that, in other more competitive markets, may not have stuck. By the end of the year, we started to see some deals come together with signals that 2024 could bring a rebound - if modest - to the luxury market.
